Your Responsibilities

* Support children''s learning, development and wellbeing through play and everyday activities.
* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Meet children''s individual care and developmental needs.
* Observe, monitor and record children''s progress where required.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and nursery colleagues.
* Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

What We''re Looking For

* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (preferred).
* Paediatric First Aid certification, or a willingness to complete a two-day First Aid training course.
* A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
* A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
* Flexibility and confidence to adapt to different nursery settings.
