As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in:Supporting the Nursery Manager in all operational and regulatory aspectsLeading the team in the Manager’s absenceEnsuring safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance standards are metCoaching and mentoring staff to deliver outstanding EYFS provisionMaintaining accurate records and supporting inspections and auditsBuilding strong relationships with families and external agenciesWhat We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early YearsExperienced in a senior or leadership role within a day nurseryConfident in delivering the EYFS and supporting children with SENDKnowledgeable in safeguarding and child protection proceduresA strong communicator and team motivatorWhy Join Shooting Stars?
