Early Career Teacher Specification
We are currently seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to work in a supportive, two-form entry, OFSTED ''Good'' school in Wolverhampton on a full-time and long-term basis. Our client is looking for an ECT to work within KS1. The successful Early Career Teacher will be supported throughout their induction period by experienced, in-school mentors, regular CPD and a school culture that focus on continuous professional growth.

Working as an ECT in our client''s school, you will be expected but not limited to:

• Plan, mark and assess differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum,
• Work collaboratively with staff
• Parents and all those in the school community
• Attend staff meetings including CPD
• Have high expectations of behaviour and motivate pupils through high-quality teaching and management.

Requirements:

• You must be a qualified Primary Teacher with QTS

• A passion for working with young children
• Have a nurturing approach and the ability to support young children effectively
• Hold a Level 1 Safeguarding qualification
• A proactive and reflective attitude towards professional development
• Be dedicated to the progress and well-being of young learners
• Have an active enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
