EA/ Office Manager to Founder

This role is to provide support to a Founder and Chief of Staff of a rapidly growing AI firm. This role has so much scope for progression and a move into an operational or strategy type role or Chief of Staff. The current Chief of Staff started as an EA in a previous and exceptionally successful firm the Founders founded.

Client Details

They are a fast scaling AI firm who have secured a significant about of funding from world leading venture capital firms. The Founders have set up other firms that have been phenomenally successful and lucrative.

Description

This really will be a no 2 days are the same role. You will support with the traditional EA duties of diary management, travel booking. You will act as a true partner using emotional intelligence and understanding of the business to manage the time of those you support so they can work more effectively. As this is a start up you will also support with on-boarding new starters, being the person who shapes the atmosphere in the office. You will also be involved with events, organising the summer and Christmas parties and also high end client events. In time you will likely take on more tasks from the Chief of Staff and this role does have the opportunity to progress. You will look after the office too ordering supplies and managing any contractors.

Profile

A successful EA/ Office Manager will:

• Ideally have worked in a high growth company before, or have a very good understating of what this will look like
• Be ambitious and see this as an incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of an incredible business
• Be an exceptional communicator both written and verbally
• Understand that no two days will be the same
• Have excellent MS Office and AI skills

-70,000 - -80,000 (depending on the candidate) plus equity and benefits
