E-commerce Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate E-commerce Manager to lead and grow the online retail presence of a dynamic and expanding business in the food and drink gift sector.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.

Sales Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales, implementing strategies to improve performance.

Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives.

Customer Experience: Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for a seamless shopping experience.

Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with logistics to manage stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Reporting: Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements

Proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
