They are now looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager, who will assist in managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals while assuring the provision of high-quality care.Job SummaryThe Deputy Manager supports the manager by overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of person-centered care, and managing staff, while also maintaining regulatory compliance and managing budgets and resources.Key duties include providing direct care, assessing resident needs, supervising staff, recruiting and developing team members, managing care plans, and acting as a leader in the manager''s absence.
