DAY TO DAY As Duty Manager, you''ll be a visible leader, working alongside the reception, housekeeping, and future restaurant teams to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience from arrival through to departure. You''ll be responsible for: Leading the hotel operation during your shift. Supporting and supervising reception, restaurant and housekeeping teams. Working on reception and assisting with food and beverage service when required. Delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example. Handling guest queries and resolving issues with professionalism and care. Maintaining the highest presentation standards throughout the hotel. Coordinating communication across departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Coaching, motivating and developing team members. Assisting with the training and onboarding of new colleagues.
