Driving Account Manager

DRIVING ACCOUNT MANAGER

Salary: £32,404 per year + bonus
Full Time | Permanent

Ideal Recruit are looking for a Driving Account Manager to join our successful Warrington team and take ownership of an established portfolio of 10+ active driving clients.

This is a genuine hot desk with a strong client base and regular requirements already in place. No cold calling or business development is required – this role is all about looking after our existing clients, managing driver requirements and delivering a consistently high level of service.

The Role:

• Take ownership of 10+ established client accounts
• Build strong relationships with clients and drivers
• Manage daily and weekly HGV driver requirements
• Recruit, register and maintain a reliable driver pool
• Coordinate bookings and maximise fulfilment
• Maintain compliance and driver documentation
• Manage service issues and respond quickly to client requirements
• Develop and grow opportunities within existing accounts

About You:

Ideally, you’ll already have experience within Driving Recruitment, transport recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys managing relationships, solving problems and running their own desk rather than spending their day chasing cold leads.

You’ll be joining an established division with a strong client portfolio from day one, an attractive bonus opportunity and plenty of scope to progress as the Driving division continues to grow.

£32,404 per year + bonus
