Teacher of Drama – The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring Drama lessons, helping students develop their creativity, confidence and practical performance skills.

The school is looking for a teacher who is passionate about Drama and committed to ensuring students have the opportunity to experience and engage with the creative arts.

You will be expected to:

• Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across the secondary age range
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support students to develop their knowledge, creativity and performance skills
• Maintain high expectations of students'' behaviour and achievement
• Contribute to the continued development of the Drama and Expressive Arts provision
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school
• Support the wider life of the school and its extracurricular activities where appropriate
