What Youandrsquo;ll Do:
Deliver engaging and innovativeandnbsp;Drama lessonsandnbsp;acrossandnbsp;Key Stages 3 and 4
Develop imaginative lesson plans that foster creativity, expression, and confidence
Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all students can thrive
Lead and supportandnbsp;school productions, workshops, and drama clubs
Guide students'' personal and academic development through the arts
What You Bring:
A degree inandnbsp;Drama, Theatre Arts, or a related subject
QTS or PGCEandnbsp;preferred, thoughandnbsp;ECTs and unqualified teachersandnbsp;are encouraged to apply
Experience teaching Drama at secondary level
Passion for theatre and performance, with a flair for motivating young talent
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
