What You''ll Do:





  • Deliver engaging, dynamic, and creative Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring all students develop strong performance and analytical skills





  • Design and implement imaginative lesson plans that foster creativity, self-expression, and confidence, tailored to diverse learning needs





  • Promote an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all students feel valued and inspired to take risks in their learning





  • Lead and coordinate school productions, workshops, drama clubs, and community arts events that encourage wider student participation





  • Support students'' personal and academic development through the arts, helping them build transferable skills like teamwork, communication, and resilience





  • Collaborate with colleagues across the curriculum to enrich the wider school cultural life and cross-curricular initiatives





What You Bring:





  • A degree in Drama, Theatre Arts, Performing Arts, or a related subject





  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE preferred; however, we warmly welcome applications from Ea
