• Lead and coordinate school productions, workshops, drama clubs, and community arts events that encourage wider student participation

• Support students’ personal and academic development through the arts, helping them build transferable skills like teamwork, communication, and resilience

• Collaborate with colleagues across the curriculum to enrich the wider school cultural life and cross-curricular initiatives

• A degree in Drama, Theatre Arts, Performing Arts, or a related subject

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE preferred; however, we warmly welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and enthusiastic unqualified teachers looking to build their experience

• Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level, with a track record of inspiring students and raising attainment

• Genuine passion for theatre, performance, and youth development, with a natural flair for motivating and engaging young talent

• Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with parents and the wider community
