Drainage and Jetting Engineer

Ignite Recruitment are looking for a Drainage and Jetting Team to perform various drainage tasks, including clearing blockages, inspecting drains, and maintaining drainage systems. This often includes using high-pressure water jetting equipment and other specialized tools. The team may also be involved in emergency call-outs and regular maintenance work. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Drain Unblocking: Clearing blockages in drainage systems using high-pressure water jetting and other methods. Drainage Inspections: Conducting CCTV surveys and other inspections to assess the condition of drainage systems. Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning gullies, inspecting pump stations, and servicing interceptors. Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining van-mounted jetting equipment Emergency Response: Responding to emergency call-outs . Surface Cleaning: Performing surface cleaning and remediation tasks as needed. Customer Interaction: Visiting customers'' properties to assess and resolve drainage issues. Safety Compliance: Adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures when using high-powered equipment and working in confined spaces. Skills and Qualifications: Experience in drain jetting, CCTV surveys, and other drainage-related tasks. Ability to operate and maintain drainage equipment.
