Drainage and Jetting Engineer

Ignite Recruitment are looking for a-Drainage and Jetting Team- to-perform-various drainage tasks, including clearing blockages, inspecting drains, and maintaining drainage systems.-This often includes using high-pressure water jetting equipment and other specialized tools.-The team may also be involved in emergency call-outs and regular maintenance work.-

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Drain Unblocking:-Clearing blockages in drainage systems using high-pressure water jetting and other methods.-
• Drainage Inspections:-Conducting CCTV surveys and other inspections to assess the condition of drainage systems.-
• Maintenance:-Performing regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning gullies, inspecting pump stations, and servicing interceptors.-
• Equipment Operation:-Operating and maintaining van-mounted jetting equipment
• Emergency Response:-Responding to emergency call-outs .-
• Surface Cleaning:-Performing surface cleaning and remediation tasks as needed.-
• Customer Interaction:-Visiting customers'' properties to assess and resolve drainage issues.-
• Safety Compliance:-Adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures when using high-powered equipment and working in confined spaces.-
• Skills and Qualifications:
• -Experience in drain jetting, CCTV surveys, and other drainage-related tasks.
• -Ability to operate and maintain drainage equipment.
• -Ability to diagnose and resolve drainage issues.
• -Ability to work in various environments and conditions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• -Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• -Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.-
