Document Controller / Information Manager (PMCM)

WSP in the UK and Ireland .You will be working within a team and undertaking document and information management across a range of high-profile engineering projects. You will support project teams with successful delivery of projects/programmes using both internal and client systems to ensure information is delivered effectively and efficiently.Responsibilities
Assist with establishing and implementing project procedures and processesIssue drawings and documents in accordance with project procedures and processesReceive and/or download electronic drawings and documents, file as appropriate and maintain a document registerCoordinate the issue of deliverables submissions with the project management or design teamsCirculate received/downloaded electronic documents to the project teamProvide system training as requiredYour Team
