About the Role
- Maintain and manage all project documentation, including technical documents, contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure that all documents are accurately recorded and categorized for easy retrieval.
- Maintain document control logs and tracking systems to monitor document status and updates.
- Ensure that all incoming and outgoing documents are accurate and in compliance with project and company standards.
- Check for completeness and adherence to naming conventions, revision control, and proper distribution.
- Ensure proper handling and security of sensitive or confidential documents.
- Implement security protocols and access controls for authorized personnel to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive documents.
- Use and maintain document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, Procore, or custom-built databases).
- Train new users and provide technical support for the document control systems.
About the Candidate
- highly organized, with the ability to manage large volumes of documents while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between various project teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely, especially in documenting procedures and updates.
- Proficient with document management software and tools, such as Aconex, SharePoint, or equivalent systems.
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and other project management tools.
