The Role

Join a pioneering immersive experiences studio that creates groundbreaking installations for global brands, museums, and cultural institutions. With 25 years of delivering innovative projects across 25+ countries, we need a Document Controller to manage critical project information flow on large-scale creative productions.

You''ll be the documentation backbone for experiences that reach millions, from permanent museum installations to live brand activations and cultural attractions.

What you''ll do

Reporting to the Senior Contract Manager and Senior Producer, you''ll handle:

• Record management of all project documentation on client Aconex platforms
• Collating and uploading documentation to meet submission deadlines
• Maintaining and distributing RFI (Request for Information) registers
• Managing incoming client communications via Aconex
• Distributing documentation to relevant internal team members
• Notifying teams of received communications and updates
• Submitting RFIs on behalf of project teams
• Supporting Production Management with information requests

What you''ll need

• Proven experience with Aconex or similar construction/project documentation platforms
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven submissions
• Experience working with technical documentation and drawings
• Understanding of RFI processes and document control protocols
• Clear communication skills for coordinating across creative and technical teams
• Interest in working within creative production environments
