Position: Document Controller

Location: Central London

Employer: Tier 1 Main Contractor

Contract Type: Freelance / Temp-to-Perm

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: 08:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Rate: -20 per hour CIS

Pay: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

Must have -Experience using a CDE/EDMS,4Projects

• Managing project documentation and information flow


• Uploading, issuing, and distributing drawings and project documents


• Maintaining document registers and revision control processes


• Managing incoming and outgoing project information


• Supporting design and project teams with document control requirements


• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders


• Ensuring accurate filing and accessibility of project information


• Maintaining records within the project''s Common Data Environment (CDE)

Required Experience

• Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction sector


• Experience working for a main contractor (Tier 1 contractor experience preferred)


• Strong understanding of document control procedures and information management


• Experience using a CDE/EDMS, particularly 4Projects


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing dead
