Responsibilities and duties of the Document Controller roleWithin this role, you will:Act as the primary Document Controller on a major construction projectManage and maintain document control systems, ensuring accuracy and complianceHandle revision control of drawings and documentation, ensuring all records are up to dateScan, upload, and organise documents within the project''s DMSMaintain trackers, logs, and reporting dashboards for document control processesSupport and guide project teams in using document management systems effectively Professional qualificationsWe are looking for someone with the following:Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction sectorStrong experience handling revisable records and drawingsFamiliarity with document management systems such as Cemar, Asite, or similar DMS platformsStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Personal skillsThe Document Controller role would suit someone who is:Highly organised with a meticulous eye for detailConfident working independently as the lead DC on-siteA strong communicator who can liaise across teams and stakeholdersProactive and able to take ownership of document processesComfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Salary and benefits of the Document Controller roleSalary up to 32,000Potential contract extension up to 2 yearsFull-time, site-based role (45 hours per week)Pension SchemeBupa Private HealthcareMilage to and from site covered INDNUCAstute People are ..... full job details .....
