Disrepair Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with significant damp, mould, and disrepair experience to support the delivery of our service, with a particular focus on preparation for and implementation of Awaab''s Law Phase 2. The successful candidate will: Take a lead role in service delivery. Manage complex damp, mould, and disrepair cases. Undertake inspections and prepare specifications of work. Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with statutory timescales. Support service improvements and compliance reporting. Work proactively to reduce risk and improve customer outcomes. Demonstrable experience of managing housing disrepair claims and legal interfaces. Experience of preparing technical evidence and witness statements would be advantageous. Experience of implementing or preparing for Awaab''s Law preferred. Previous experience within social housing and damp, mould and disrepair management is essential. ..... full job details .....
