Disrepair Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor-with significant damp, mould, and disrepair experience to support the delivery of our service, with a particular focus on preparation for and implementation of Awaab''s Law Phase 2.

The successful candidate will:

• Take a lead role in service delivery.
• Manage complex damp, mould, and disrepair cases.
• Undertake inspections and prepare specifications of work.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with statutory timescales.
• Support service improvements and compliance reporting.
• Work proactively to reduce risk and improve customer outcomes.
• Demonstrable experience of managing housing disrepair claims and legal interfaces.
• Experience of preparing technical evidence and witness statements would be advantageous.
• Experience of implementing or preparing for Awaab''s Law preferred.

Previous experience within social housing and damp, mould and disrepair management is essential.
