Our client, one of the UK’s leading housing associations and developers, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Disrepair Supervisor to join their team based in Stratford. The role involves overseeing a team of Multi-Trade Operatives responsible for managing and supervising subcontractors who carry out disrepair repairs.The successful candidate will supervise disrepair and maintenance works, ensuring that performance and KPIs are managed within agreed parameters.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise disrepair and maintenance worksManage performance against KPIs and Service Level AgreementsOversee a dispersed team of multi-trade operativesManage pre- and post-inspection repairsCollaborate with stakeholdersMonitor quality and costs of worksCandidate Requirements:
