With a strong commitment to delivering safe, high-quality homes and improving outcomes for residents, the organisation is undertaking an ambitious transformation programme across its housing services.Your new roleAs Disrepair Manager, you will lead on the effective management of housing disrepair across the borough, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, compliantly and with a strong customer focus.
