What You''ll Do:
In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in managing one of our biggest and most important customer accounts. Here''s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Forge strong internal and external relationships to unlock new business development opportunities.
• Handle Enquiries: Convert customer inquiries into hire business with efficiency and professionalism.
• Order Management: Receive and process orders (On-hires) and requests for collections (Off-hires).
• Transport Planning: organise transport for deliveries and collections, ensuring timely service.
• Damage Management: Address damages, calculate costs, and liaise with customers to maintain satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our diverse product range.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administration support to the team, including filing, photocopying, and creating correspondence.
• Collaborative Approach: Work proactively with various departments to consistently deliver top-notch customer service.
• Visitor Assistance: Welcome and assist visitors as required, showcasing our friendly and professional environment.
