Dispatch Operative

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Operative / Stock controller to join our growing team. This is a key role within the warehouse operation, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time to meet customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Preparing goods for dispatch, including labelling and documentationUsing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders, update stock, and track shipmentsAssisting with loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficientlyConducting quality checks to ensure orders are correct before shipmentWorking closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to meet deadlinesMaintaining a clean and organised work environmentFollowing all health and safety guidelinesRequirements:Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role preferredAccomplished and confident communicator with good call handling and strong IT skills, able and prepared to embrace responsibility across a diverse range of tasksGood attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsForklift license (desirable but not ..... full job details .....
