Dispatch Operative – Picking & Packing 6-2pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Dispatch Operative to join a busy warehouse team. This is a fast-paced role involving picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch to ensure customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking orders accurately using pick sheets or handheld scanners
• Packing products safely and efficiently
• Preparing goods for dispatch, including labelling and wrapping
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Conducting basic quality checks on products
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
• Working to daily targets and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred (but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Physically fit and able to be on your feet for most of the shift
