The Director will combine artistic ambition with strong people leadership, developing a diverse and accessible programme, deepening community engagement and expanding opportunities for children and young people. They will grow audiences, strengthen partnerships and fundraising, and ensure the organisation''s financial resilience and long-term sustainability.
