What You Will Do: ? Develop and deliver the sales and business development strategy for Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV Charging Infrastructure and related renewable solutions.? Own pipeline generation end to end, building and maintaining a qualified, accurate opportunity pipeline aligned to commercial targets.? Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, setting objectives, KPIs and coaching to improve conversion, order intake and forecast accuracy.? Personally drive business development with strategic accounts and lead key meetings, proposals and negotiations.? Oversee pipeline reporting, forecasting and CRM compliance to support disciplined sales governance and decision-making.?
