Director of Total Rewards

My client are a Global ambitious and every growing and agile Consulting firm with two main offices in London and New York but operate in nearly 40 countries globally. Due to continued growth they are looking to create a new role within the EMEA business for Director of Total Reward and Compensation to join them on a 12 Month FTC with an option to go perm.The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy to support the business objectives and will support both the People, Reward and Finance team to deliver this objectiveYou will have a strong track record of designing and building EMEA-wide frameworks and programs from cradle to grave.The roleDesign, development, implementation, administration, and communication of compensation programs in partnership with Global Total Rewards, Payroll, and Finance objectivesDevelop and implement out of cycle financial compensation programs, including promotions, special bonuses, and money support initiatives (e.g., loans), to reward employees outside the standard review cycle.Design and manage salary structures, job architecture systems, and pay-for-performance programsWork with EMEA Business Unit Leaders and People teams to oversee the annual compensation process, including planning, execution and analysisPartner with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance with local people laws and regulations or reporting requirements Collaborate with Finance to create budgets ..... full job details .....
