With a recognised brand and four high-performing sites, including three specialist skin clinics and a private hospital, the business is currently experiencing a surge in patient demand.To support their next phase of growth, they are looking for a Director of Operations to take the reins of the day-to-day business. This is a pivotal, senior hire designed to bridge the gap between the clinical ground teams and the business owner.The RoleThis isn''t an office-based "strategy only" position. This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field.
