The opportunity is a key role, leading on ongoing tax compliance obligations as well as numerous and varying transactions and restructuring projects. Provide detailed technical tax support on UK tax structuring projectsManage overseas tax obligations and the group\''s corporate tax complianceDevelop and mentor a small team and set priorities and strategic directionWork with the wider finance function to develop tax provisions for forecasting/external reportingManage due diligence information requests on MandA activityQualifications

Experience from Big 4 or Top Ten with significant UK tax and structuring experienceTechnical background including VAT experienceAmbition to move career forward in a fast-moving, growth-oriented businessSeniority level
