Director of Maths

We are seeking a dynamic curriculum leader to drive transformational improvement across a family of secondary academies.In this high-impact role, you will be accountable for maths subject outcomes across multiple schools, working with senior leaders to shape and deliver high-quality teaching and strategic intervention. You will mentor curriculum leaders, model outstanding practice, and lead Trust-wide initiatives that raise standards and inspire success. A key focus is designing intervention curricula that meet the needs of all learners, ensuring equity, ambition, and progress for every student.We are looking for someone with deep subject expertise, strategic insight, and the ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and ambition. Lead maths subject outcomes across multiple schools and collaborate with senior leaders on teaching quality and strategic intervention.
