Lindus HealthAbout The RoleWe’re looking for a Director of People and Operations to join our team on a 12-month fixed term basis, leading our People and Operations functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is passionate about building high-performance cultures that drive business success.Reporting directly to Michael, one of our co-founders, you will work closely with our wider operations team and leadership across the business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisational development and operational excellence. This is a 5 days per week role, with the expectation that you would be in our London office 3 days a week.
