Lead and inspire mechanical engineers across high-value, complex projects.Take ownership of project delivery – technical, commercial and client-facing.Prepare bids, lead business development, and grow client relationships.Manage and mentor engineers and technicians, driving excellence in design and delivery.Deliver mechanical designs, reports, drawings, and specifications to the highest standard.Oversee project finances, resource planning, and quality reviews.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a
Director (Mechanical) .Strong leadership and mentoring skills.Confident in
client-facing roles
and business development.Experience delivering
large-scale mechanical engineering projects
from inception to completion.Skilled in
CAD/Revit, IES, Hevacomp, Amtech
and BIM project delivery.Degree-qualified
in a relevant engineering discipline and
Chartered Engineer
