Director of ICT and Digital Transformation

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking an exceptional Director of ICT and Digital Transformation to lead the next phase of our digital journey. This newly enhanced leadership role offers a rare opportunity to influence organisational strategy, modernise technology capability and drive transformational change across a national organisation with over 500 colleagues. Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer and sitting on the Senior Management Team, you will lead our ICT, digital and data strategy, ensuring technology becomes a catalyst for innovation, efficiency, collaboration and growth. The Opportunity This is far more than a traditional IT leadership role. We are looking for an ambitious and visionary leader who can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery. You will lead the development of an integrated digital, data and technology strategy that enables Oxford Archaeology to work smarter, make better decisions and maximise its impact.
