About us Notting Hill Prep (NHP) is a popular co-educational school situated a stone''s throw from Portobello Road in West London, at the heart of a diverse and vibrant local community. The NHP Foundation is a registered charity established in 2009 and sits at the heart of the School''s commitment to its community. The Foundation supports two important areas of work: transformational bursaries and Radius, the School''s community partnerships programme. This is an exciting time to join the Foundation as we look to build on this established work and grow its impact. About the role We are seeking an exceptional, outward-facing Director of the NHP Foundation to lead the Foundation''s fundraising, donor engagement and external relationships. This is a highly relationship-led role for someone who is warm, persuasive, energetic and credible, with the ability to build trust and inspire people to support the Foundation''s work. You will build relationships with current and former parents, alumni, donors, prospective supporters and community partners, while working closely with the Head, Trustees and Parents'' Association to identify opportunities and develop the Foundation. This is deliberately not a conventional desk-based role. Your time will be focused where you can have the greatest impact, including meeting donors and prospective supporters, developing partnerships and attending selected School, Foundation and community events.
