Role Overview:Lead the hardware engineering team in designing and implementing our RISC-V-based GPU and AI platform. This role requires extensive experience in SoC design, processor architecture, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers through the complete development lifecycleDefine hardware architecture and technical specifications aligned with project requirementsCollaborate with software teams to ensure hardware-software co-design optimizationCollaborate with business development team and customers/partnersOversee verification strategy and ensure product quality meets standardsInterface with external partners, vendors, and fabrication facilitiesManage hardware development schedules and resource allocationDrive technical decision-making and risk managementRequirements:10+ years of experience in IC/SoC design with 5+ years in a leadership roleStrong background in GPU, DSP, or AI accelerator architectureStrong background in ASIC, SOC, IP and FPGA developmentExperience with RISC-V architecture preferredDeep understanding of computer architecture, particularly vector processingExperience with modern hardware design methodologies and toolsTrack record of successful product deliveryExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skillsDegree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related ..... full job details .....
