Director of Corporate and Leisure Sales , your main duties and expectations for the role will include:To develop a twelve-month sales action plan and review on a monthly basis with the Director of Sales and Marketing. This plan should incorporate any Group (The Landmark London) activities as appropriate.To achieve and maintain goals and activities as per the sales action plans for the sales team and personally.To develop strategies based on business needs and requirements and ensure these strategies are implemented. Manage the Corporate and Leisure Markets and drive maximum fair market share to ensure maximum yield in line with hotel budget.To be fully aware of the business travel and leisure travel market segments and have a complete understanding of their requirements.
