This role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, corporate hosting, and bespoke events for a global elite audience.The RoleReporting to senior commercial leadership, responsibilities include:Defining and implementing a long-term premium hospitality strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals.Overseeing planning, execution, and enhancement of high-end hospitality offerings such as trackside clubs, corporate suites, and private events.Managing catering and FandB services, ensuring quality, sustainability, and innovative presentation.Leading collaboration across commercial, marketing, operations, and suppliers for seamless delivery.Establishing KPIs to measure success, optimize profitability, and foster continuous improvement.Providing leadership to a specialized hospitality team, maintaining high standards of performance and guest engagement.Identifying opportunities to expand and diversify premium experiences to strengthen brand loyalty and revenue.The CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:Extensive experience in senior hospitality or event management, preferably in motorsport, major sports, or high-profile entertainment sectors.Proven success in creating world-class guest experiences for VIP, corporate, and high-net-worth clients.Strong commercial and operational skills, balancing creativity with financial performance.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing high-performing teams.Ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.If this role interests you, apply ..... full job details .....
