space.This role blends strategic planning, field-based execution, and people leadership. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in structural heart, excels in building and scaling clinical education programs, and thrives as a trusted partner to physicians and healthcare institutions.Key Focus

Lead the strategic design and delivery of advanced training programs for physicians, proctors, and internal teams.Oversee the creation of high-quality educational materials: presentations, guides, videos, FAQsEstablish structured onboarding, mentorship, and feedback processes for new centers.Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and RandD leadership to shape and execute therapy growth strategies.Provide high-level in-procedure support and oversight during cases, ensuring procedural excellence.Key Requirements

8–10+ years of experience in Structural Heart / Interventional CardiologyProven track record in clinical education, therapy development, and strategic leadershipHands-on procedural experience with strong credibility among interventional cardiologistsExceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior levelsBased in the US; Boston area preferredWillingness to travel extensivelySeniority level
