Overview
We are currently searching for a Digital Trading Assistant to join the team. As our Digital Trading Assistant, you will support the day-to-day trading and optimisation of the Hagabadet website across all devices. This includes executing onsite promotions, generating daily reports and continuously reviewing the customer journey to help drive conversion and enhance the onsite experience. Reporting into the Digital Trading Manager, you’ll contribute to the commercial and brand performance of the site, working closely with teams across Digital, Merchandising, Marketing and Product.Responsibilities
Supporting the Digital Trading Manager with daily trade reporting including sales performance, stock levels, bestsellers, discounting, payment trends and category performanceMonitoring site functionality and the end-to-end customer journey; flagging and tracking bugs/issues with relevant teams and conducting regular site QA checksAssisting in the execution of onsite trade promotions, campaign launches and the rollout of new features or contentSupporting the Digital Product Coordinator with product uploads, cataloguing and attribution to ensure accurate and timely updates to the websiteAssisting the Digital Product Coordinator in executing online visual merchandising strategies across all websitesConducting online competitor analysis to identify new commercial opportunities or UX enhancementsAssisting with returns reporting, analysing trends and communicating insights to relevant teamsRegularly site testing to ensure new releases function as intended across devicesQualifications
Competency using systems and is keen to pursue an ecommerce based role within the premium/ luxury fashion industryConfidence using the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly ExcelExperience of using online merchandising systems is preferableDemonstrable numeracy and analytical skills and experienceAn excellent level communicationA keen eye for detail with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issuesCommercial awareness and curiosity to keep up with market and customer trendsPersonal Attributes
