Are you looking to make the next step in your marketing career?

My client is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join their growing team in Brentford. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their product career who is ready for more responsibility. The primary focus will be ensuring the company website and mobile apps perform optimally to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

On a daily basis, you will monitor and analyze the performance of digital platforms to identify pain points in the user journey and opportunities for growth. You will manage the demand process and serve as a point of contact for marketing, operations, commercial, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with Customer Support and the Digital team to gather and analyze customer feedback. Your responsibilities will include compiling a backlog of requirements for fixes and new features, coordinating their delivery by internal teams in order of priority, and testing new features and fixes in the production environment.

Requirements include a good working knowledge of eCommerce and experience with B2C transactional websites (app experience is a plus but not mandatory). You should understand techniques that drive traffic, conversion, acquisition, and optimization. Experience in developing and enhancing customer journeys is essential.
