Digital Print Technician

Firmin Recruit is excited to be working with our long-established manufacturing client based in the London, SE5 area. Due to business growth, our client is now recruiting for an experienced Print Engineer/Technician to join their friendly, hard-working team.

The role will involve digitally printing onto my client’s engineering products, so this role would suit someone from a print background, and the successful candidate will need to have experience running a Roland High Speed Flatbed UV Printer or similar digital equipment.

The Role

• Create templates to enable selective printing
• Loading jigs and running Roland printing equipment
• Maintain and clean all equipment regularly
• Responsible for the inventory and organisation of all supplies
• Assist other team members and managers to increase efficiency in job processes and production
• Provide front counter assistance to internal customers as needed

Suitable Candidate:

• This role requires someone with digital printing experience
• Experience using Roland High Speed Flatbed UV printing equipment or similar machinery is necessary.
• Previous experience working within the print industry is essential
• Attention to detail of work
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator or other graphics programs
• Computer skills must include Microsoft 365, Adobe
• The successful candidate will need to be able to work a flexible schedule
• Willingness to follow processes, safety standards, and policies

Hours: 8 am – 4.30 pm Monday – Friday
