Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insight and using it to shape eCommerce decisions? Do you love to interrogate the numbers to uncover the "why" behind the "what" and drive stakeholders to make changes based on your insights? If so, we’re looking for a Digital Media Insights Manager to join our team!In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with retail commercial teams, translating analytics into actionable commercial insights. You’ll play a key part in shaping channel and eCommerce strategy and supporting tactical decisions, while helping the team unlock new ways to harness the full potential of our data. This role offers cross-functional exposure, collaborating with the eCommerce team and key partners in Performance Marketing and SEO, Go to Market Campaign Planning, Category Management, Promotions, Forecasting, Data Science, Digital Products, and more.No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship is offered for this position.Core Responsibilities

Review ongoing performance on LEGO.com based on a combination of metrics and methods to tell the story of the main drivers behind results.Understand cross-channel media performance at pace across campaigns to drive in-campaign optimization and broader media performance, optimizing always-on investment.Act as a business partner to the Performance Marketing and SEO team. Provide proactive challenge on how to optimise investments in a changing commercial landscape.Share concrete recommendations to trigger action and work collaboratively across the business to implement actions.Support significant marketing events, reporting on real-time performance and proactively identifying areas for optimisation (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).Monitor and identify areas of improvement covering how shoppers enter and move through the site, the campaign taxonomy, and the data shared with media agencies.Identify gaps in cross-channel reporting and recommend changes to continuously improve business understanding.Ensure the data used is accurately reported and partner with AandI Enabling and other data owners to ensure ongoing governance for LEGO.com.Do you have what it takes

Strong analytical skills with experience using clickstream data (Adobe Analytics is a must, or Google Analytics) and ad platform data, ideally in a direct-to-consumer eCommerce Insights team.Proficiency in data visualization, ideally Power BI.Understanding of data structure and the ability to derive meaning from large, unconnected data. Strong SQL skills are a key benefit.Experience delivering impactful insights across multiple marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliates and SEO, with an understanding of how they interact.A confident storyteller with experience generating and delivering actionable insights on cross-channel media performance.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build new relationships and drive through challenging decisions.#LI-MD1What’s in it for you?
