Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with huge heritage, a loyal customer base, and a reputation for doing things differently.In this role, you''ll take ownership of

digital strategy across CRM, paid media and loyalty programmes , leading a small team and working closely with the wider marketing function to deliver engaging, sales-driving campaigns.The Role:As Digital Marketing Manager, you will:Lead the

CRM strategy

across pubs and hotels, developing campaigns that are personalised, relevant and effective.Manage the relationship with

Acteol , ensuring the platform is optimised and delivering maximum value.Support the roll out and day-to-day management of the

loyalty programme

and

membership scheme , creating and monitoring customer communications.Set up, test and maintain automated CRM journeys including welcome, pre- and post-stay, birthdays, reviews and more.Lead the

Paid Advertising team

across social, search, display and maps, ensuring all campaigns are on brand, optimised and deliver ROI.Support and train Area Sales and Marketing Co-ordinators and pub teams in digital best practice.Analyse reporting to shape strategy, measure performance and drive continuous improvement.About you:6+ years'' experience in a digital marketing role.Strong knowledge of CRM, digital advertising and analytics.Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta for Business.A track record of making

data-driven decisions

and optimising campaign performance.Excellent copywriting and communication skills.Experience in loyalty programmes and/or hospitality marketing would be a real advantage.This is a business with genuine
