From troubleshooting vehicle stock feeds to tracking brand health and shaping reporting dashboards, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our marketing activity is effective, accurate, and delivering results.You’ll work closely with our dealers, divisional teams, and agency partners to deliver digital marketing that’s best-in-class and continuously improving. Investigating and resolving used vehicle stock-related queries, following escalation processes to support dealer teamsBuilding knowledge of vehicle feed and API parameters to ensure dealer websites and third-party advertisers run smoothlyCollaborating with agency partners to deliver clear, insightful Microsoft Power BI reports that track campaign and stock performanceMonitoring brand health and performance metrics across retail brands, with monthly data collection, tracking, and reportingCarrying out competitor research to identify opportunities, capturing insights and sharing findings with stakeholdersUploading pricing files to maintain accurate information for vehicle valuations and servicingSupporting day-to-day administration of vehicle advertiser partners, from dealership setup to online optimisationEnsuring high-quality vehicle advertising by understanding photography standards and guiding dealer teams with the right solutionsCollaborating with the wider team to ensure accurate telephony tracking and reportingAre You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? Educated to degree level, preferably in business or digital marketingSome working knowledge or interest in digital marketing fundamentals, including website, paid/organic search and online advertising platformsGood level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel, to analyse and support reporting tasksCurious and proactive with a strong desire to learn, contribute and bring fresh ideasCollaborative by nature, you’ll thrive working with others and building relationships across departments and with external partnersExceptionally organised, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and stay focused on day-to-day tasks and longer-term projectsWhy Lithia UK?
