You’ll manage CRM-specific queries from stores and customer service, action opt-out requests, and keep the team informed. You’ll also be involved in briefing creatives and campaign developers, collaborate with analysts to measure success, and support or lead campaign implementation. Your role includes analysing performance, tracking volumes, managing purchase orders and invoices, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You’ll contribute to central marketing documents and help monitor always-on CRM activity to ensure consistency and accuracy. We’re looking for someone with CRM experience who’s comfortable working with platforms like Adobe Campaign and PowerBI.
