Digital Learning Lead – UX/UI – WorldSkills UK is seeking a talented Digital Learning Lead – UX/UI to lead the user experience of our flagship online platform - the Learning Lab - supporting educators and trainers across the UK’s technical and vocational education sector. This is a unique opportunity to combine UX/UI design with digital learning, at the heart of an organisation committed to raising standards and championing future skills.Key responsibilities

Lead UX/UI development of the Learning Lab platform to ensure an intuitive, engaging user experience.Use data, user testing and feedback to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with designers, SMEs, and developers to deliver innovative learning experiences.Manage digital projects, budgets, and external partnerships.Ensure accessibility, brand consistency and platform usability across devices.Qualifications and skills

Proven experience managing digital learning platforms and content.Strong UX/UI design skills, with a portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions.Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.Understanding of accessibility standards and digital learning technologies.A creative, collaborative mindset and strong project management skills.Why join us
