RoleAs our team expands, we’re looking for a Digital Campaign Manager who’s organised, proactive, and confident working across multiple projects and stakeholders. If you’ve worked in a fast-paced content or influencer agency and have a passion for music and digital trends, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the onboarding, execution, and reporting of campaigns

Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including reporting and analytics

Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication

Monitor live campaigns and compile performance reports using internal tools and platform analytics

Oversee the daily maintenance of CRM tools

Identify relevant content trends and digital opportunities that align with our clients’ music campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience at an influencer or digital marketing agency

Strong administrative skills — detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts

Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing environments

A keen understanding of the social and content landscape across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

A genuine interest in music, digital culture, and the evolving role of content in marketing

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

Familiarity with campaign tracking tools and CRMs

Experience working with music clients or record labels

Understanding of music trends and social media metrics
