The Senior Campaign Manager (SCM) will work on notable multi-market technology clients with UK and international colleagues. The SCM has a clear understanding of their clients’ goals, objectives and requirements. They will deliver the highest levels of service and develop long-lasting trustful relationships with clients. The SCM will translate strategic and creative thinking into action, executing campaigns that deliver. For this role, strong media relations skills are required. The SCM will foster journalist contacts, leading team outreach and placement.The SCM will help spot opportunities to grow existing clients and play a role on new business pitches, working on credentials, RFIs and pitches. They will help onboard new client wins.An active contributor to the success of the business, the SCM will champion a collaborative, positive culture. Leading by example and hands on development of direct reports are important in this role.Main responsibilities

Build consultative relationships with clients as a main contact; drive retention and organic growthManage and deliver day to day campaign activities, focusing on programme goals and ensuring that the KPIs, deadlines and budgets are metDevelop multi-channel creative campaigns that bring brand messaging to lifeProvide, and quality control, written content for campaigns including press releases, social posts, articles/features, blog entries, biographies, briefing documents, etcManage media relations activity, maintaining strong personal relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers and analysts across national, trade, vertical, social media and channelsConsult with clients on media opportunities in relation to the news agendaPlay an active role in new business pitches by providing research and insights, content generation, creative ideas, presentation preparation and deliveryHelp build a high calibre and motivated team: set objectives for line reports and support strengths and professional developmentPromote a culture of innovation and curiosity for continuous professional improvementContribute to all hands meetings, press briefings, training sessions and attend socialsBe a collaborative, encouraging, supportive member of the London HQ teamAbout You

Energetic, resourceful and positive, you have proven agency experience of managing and delivering B2B communications campaigns for clients in the tech sector. You have contributed to winning and retaining accounts as well as driving organic growth from existing clients. A wise thinker, you relish advising clients and building trust. Mission focussed and commercial you like to exceed goals, deliver results and make a positive impact.Additional Requirements

Good understanding of trends and issues impacting business and stakeholder audiencesExperience working on international B2B technology brandsExperience in Data Centre, Cybersecurity and AI space is preferred; experience working with international clients is desiredIn-depth knowledge of the offline and online media, robust journalist contacts, up to date with current affairsUnderstanding of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and paid mediaCommercial acumen, including successful budget/cost managementGood written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to problem solve, project manage, prioritise, multi-task to tight deadlines and with impeccable attention to detailIntegrity, humility, self-drive/initiative – and a sense of humourKey internal relationships
